About Silver Stream Photography
Silver Stream Photography showcases the work of published photographer David Birchall.
I have been a photographer for over 25 years,
and draw much of my inspiration for my photography from the
character and splendour of our countryside, and the everyday
images all around us in our towns
and cities.
British Countryside Photographic Images
Wherever we are in Britain, we are never far away from an
area of outstanding natural beauty. From the majestic white
chalk cliffs of Beachy Head, to the stunning fairytale beauty
of the lakeland winter, or the brooding, craggy peaks of the
Scottish highlands, we are truly seeing a whole world in one
glorious country.
Sometimes we take it for granted, at other times
seasonal changes or dramatic lighting may alter its character
and appearance, but it is always there to be seen and enjoyed.
Overseas Images
Occasionally my travels take me to other countries, and I
am very grateful to live in an age when the world is such
a small place, and travel is very much a part of everyday
life. We can visit and enjoy places our grandparents could
only read about in books, or see in grainy black and white
television pictures.
I hope you enjoy viewing my images as much as
I enjoy producing them.
